Hope you are well. In your opinion, if reparations were to be paid - should they be paid via monetary means? Additionally, who would "oversee" the actual distribution of the funds; would they be allocated to individuals, organizations, governments or all of the above.
Since the paying of reparations is not guaranteed, should Africans in the Diaspora continue to have aspirations to repatriate on their own accord...and on that note can individual/familial repatriation, be considered repatriation - or would you view such endeavorss, actions akin to migration/emigration.
