I remember a Kemetic Wisdom teaching that read: "Our people came from the mountain of the moon, from the source of the River Nile."
I believe that saying came from an Egyptian book called the Temt Tchaas. Try and Google Muata A. Ashby for more information. Or look for Issachar Ye Amlak who used to have a publication called The Rise. That one was difficult to find on the web but not impossible.
