Iyah, forgive me but I don't really overs how that has to do with writing in caps.
I grew up in Guyana and it was blackouts every day and night, for most of the day and night, so I did my homework etc. by candlelight... still didn't write it all in caps...
But whatever, it's not the biggest deal to me personally (might be more so to others). Just hard on the eyes to read.
