Blessed be this great Universe which is really the true healing sources of all healing. The truth is that modern medicine is still not a very perfect science although they are able to do some very good things based on what this universe allows them to do. Now, since our daily intake of food, is what gives nourishment to our internal organs, including our prostate, then our prostate will never be short of nourishment, however much we may flush out as you may call it, because we eat food on daily basis, some times three or four times per day, but we do not flush out three or four time a day, on a daily basis, not even King Solomon was able to do this, although they try to say he had seven hundred wives and concubines.

Some people eat much more than others and therefore, will supply their prostate with more substance than others, and even if they flush on a daily basis, the prostate will still be growing, but there is a stage of the growth which is call enlarged, at this stage, it is resting at the base of the bladder, and prevent or diminish the flowing of urine. You may go to the bathroom to unrinate, and just a little drom comes out, and you are there trying to release some more, but it does not happen, then by the time you go back to your room to settle down, you get the urge again and the same thing takes place again and this really annoying. What it means is that you are having an enlarged prostate, and you need to seek medical attention just to see if it can be reduced by medication. One of the worse feelings, is to get the urge that you want to unrinate, and getting up several times in the night, and going to the bathroom, only to have little drops flowing, out instead of a maximium flow, it is annoying and will run up your blood pressure, all of this is generally caused, by an enlarge prostate. This is a lesson which we all need to learn.

Here is a little news flash, Bongo Rocky, a Ancient African Patriot, with whom I worked in the early days, in the Island of Jamaica, and who has been in charge of the Nyabinghi House in Shashamane since 1992, is not in the best of health, we spoke to him in Shashamane Ethiopia this morning, and he told us that the pain in his leg is gradually going away, he is full of age, but his mind is stiil very strong He was taken to the hospital and spent seven days there, but he is now at the gates at Shashamane.
