That may be so, but in this article, they are talking about black people, they did make mention of black people. They even forget that there was a very brutal law of the plantation and other places of human bondage, against any African person or persons, who was able to learn to read and write, these Africans would have been brutalized, and then sold away from there families, never to see or hear about them again. Kizzy who was Kunta Kinte only Daughter, was sold away, because she was able to learn to read and write, and there are so many others, to whom this brutish act was also done.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
