This is just to show that up until this time, after all the evil things which they have done to African people everywhere, they are still so out of order, to think that they could offer dog food to African children in Kenya, after robbing Mama Africa of Natural and human resources for more than 500 hundred years, it is just a burning shame and gross insult.
