You asked if anyone could imagine where the idea of offering dog-food to Africans came from, well, it is the norm is it not? The french have been dumping toxic waste in the Sahara for decades and the british have killed scores of Kenyans while 'training' for tropical combat in their Kenyan bases. They have also raped many women and children. Where does the list start and where does it end? Shall we talk about the idiot-logics that they have grafted onto African minds? Or shall we just stay with things like the expired/degraded food-items given as 'aid' and the use of Africans as guinea (!!!) pigs during the testing phase of new drugs.....

In truth, the offering of dog-food is the least from the sins these monsters have committed. Such things are no longer a suprise. What I would like to know is why the Kenyan officials at the recieving end of this demeaning gift did not stuff it down the throat of the ape who was offering it to them.
