Well, you and your village really have to start from the root. Many large projects which you may see today prospering, they all had to start from the root as big as they may appear, they did start from the bottom and grow on a daily basis being watered by self determination. You can do the same and maybe better when the right time come, you just have to keep on sharing your ideas with your people, until Ras Tafari send the people who are supposed to help to make it happen. The ideas generally comes first and as time goes by, the manifestation takes place if it was mean to be. Take the best care of yourself and your people always.
