It is good to hear from you again, it is good that you have explained the various problems which you had, in trying to secure the land and money to create the skill training center which you have in mind.To establish those kinds of projects, it takes a lot of planning and financial and other resources, in order to get it off the ground. However, since you have the idea, all you have to do is to nouish the idea and share it among your community and if it is to be, it will surely be withthe help of self determination We need a whole lot of those kinds of projects in Mama Africa. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
