Good point Allan, but the trade of ancient times and what is the current state of global capitalism are two entirely different social structures, would you not agree ? so in that light, any defense of the status quo is reprehensible,and loaded with serious implications of some pathological disorders. there simply must be found a better way to distribute wealth or the fire we witness today will increase
untill the cookie crumbles.
