I also severely disagree with the idea of "universal" human values that eurocentric folks tend to apply to the WHOLE human family such as greediness and self-interest. Eurocentric folks tend to believe their historical mindset is the mold and standard for everyone else. This is extremely limited thinking and because Eurocentric folks can't see outside their tunnel vision, they feel that it is their way or no way at all. This is a huge reason why the world is in the shape it is now. For example the "universal" so-called UN is dominated by limited Eurocentric thinkers - they comprise the lion's share of the g8 nations and the security council. Their limited vision dictates the terms on which the majority of the world must live and they aren't going to let go of their position. Their capability for true ethical behavior is severely handicapped because of their arrogance.
