Well correct me Masimba. Do you think colonization only involves physical control of people and resources?...or is there an element of mental brainwashment involved? If the mental is involved, do you think that zimbabwe has broken that mental chain of colonization? Also if Zimbabwe is no longer under a form of colonization, how do u justify that " ...And in Zimbabwe, 4,500 white farmers - or a mere .03 per cent of a population of 13 million Africans - own 12 million hectares or 73 per cent of all arable land. " ? Quote taken from http://www.raceandhistory.com/worldhotspots/zimbabweland.htm
Zimbabwe was 'liberated' from white rule a mere 25 years ago. In my opinion, it takes much longer for all the remnants of colonization to disappear, especially when some whites still hold prominence in the country.
But I am not from Zimbabwe and do not have as great a grasp as yourself on the dynamics that take place there.
Peace
