Can you explain this in more detail?
Are you talking about dreadlocks being persecuted for being Rastafari peoples?
So another person must have persecution and sacrifice in order to not be arrogant?
Or know that locksing up may be less of a big thing in another part of the world and if youre white its definately with no real persecution?So theres a difference?
