Thats right. We must pray before we walk.

After that, or until then, we can reason on things we can do, and set goals for ourselves.

Heres a few:

Form an industry for the Organization, so we will have funds for our goal to getting back to Holy Mount Zion.

We can get a business, and put our earnings into the pot, and with the money, we could buy our transportation.

First I think we must get organized, who's in, who's not, we need to advertise the Organization to the Rastas across America, so they can chip in, and they will get their ride to Holy Mount Zion too, Lord's will.
