I live in the Netherlands, where herb is legal to use.

You say smoking herb with tobacco. Yes this is common practice in Europe. Most of the times in joints they use tobacco, but most people, when they smoke a pipe, still smoke it pure.

There's something to say for or against both.

Toots from Toots and the Maytalls also smokes herb with tobacco. He says it is a symbol for male and female as it blends together in Holy Marriage. (Source: Reggae International)

Many "purists" would say that the herb is better pure, but I don't see so much the arguments in that thing. Sometimes it's good to mix certain things in order to get something.
