smoking vs eating the herb

gman wrote
" recognize that to drink herb tea or eat it in food would be the healthiest move, yet it seems whenever I eat the herb it effects me TOO strongly. It becomes more like the effect of what dem would call a "drug". For eg. I would have no problem driving after burning a half a joint, but I would not drive after eating a herb cookieote "

I have the same experience iyah. I realised when i ate ganja muffins. I completely lost my mind and i resolved just to relegate my self to bed till i was in control. It seems to me that the herb should be used in moderation even in itals!

It should be burnt as incense so as to control the amount inhaled. Too much of a good thing is bad! I do not think our lungs can deal with the amount of smoke coming from the cutchu. Rather use it like other herbs such as " everliving" and " rinoceros bush ".

The point is to mantain highest forms of healthy for engagement in the African Revolution.

What is the composition of the smoke ?
