You are completely right of course! In "symbolism" the human head is frequently used to represent the Divine, the only part of the Creator, which is recognizable to the "lower" senses. In Alkebu-lan, the initiates of old thaught that a symbol is not reality but merely the objectification of a subjective "idea". The symbols of Gods, they said, are not designed to be objects of worships but are emblems of invisible powers and principles. How could symbols be anything else??
