Re: Eithopia: Ethnic and Social Relations

Our community favor the principle of free speech as long as it encourages growth and ultimate trod to the TRUTH. My sole intent posting is to discuss Black African issues, get ESSENTIAL INFORMATION without emotional rhetoric that tends to offend or disrupt. There is nothing offensive in my posts, I am simply aware of some historical and comtemporary facts it is imperative I share with fellow Africans.

That said, THE QUESTION REMAINS HOW RASTAFARI BRETHREN VIEW THE ANTI BLACK AFRICAN SENTIMENTS, THE VERY FOUNDATION OF THE ABYSSINIANS RULING IDEOLOGY??

Many Rastafari brethren experience Haile Selaissie I as God coming as fulfilling biblical prophecy, which is their choice and privilege, despite the fact Haile Selaisse had no title that was so unique to him. The title Elect of God, King of Kings, the Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah was used by any Amhara or Tigre emperors and was simply and indication of territorial power and powerful ruler in Ethiopia, alongside with the problem surrounding the existence of a Menelik I and the veracity that the rulership of Ethiopia HAD NO SALOMONIC ZAGWE DYNASTY for 150 years. And, as we ALL know Haile Selaissie was no God to the Ethiopian people and other nations...Although he was certainly a religious man, had a Pan-African outlook that was elected King of Ethiopia.

I can only conclude that the ignorance of history is the cause for a complete support for the ruling dynasty of Ethiopia. Semites rulers invaded Ethiopia, just as the other aliens, they enslaved and continue to enslave aboriginal Africans. Although this information is readily available, there are many who will not even allow their minds to question anything negative about Ethiopia's own Apartheid-like system. For those who are curious, you should communicate with your people the NUBA, DINKA, OMORO, GALLAH, YORUBA, WALLOF AND OTHER PURE BLACK ETHIOPIANS.

Those of you who are minimizing the racial History between the Abyssinians ruling class of Semitic (Arab) origins and aboriginal black Ethiopians, you are being Hypocritical because a couple of you cry out about our racial history in the Diaspora, but you minimize the slavery and bigotry going on in Ethiopia, Sudan, South Egypt, Kenya, Eritrea and then complain what's going on here in the USA so-called Babylon. You have lost all your credibility as conscientious Ras Tafari people critical of historical atrocities and opponents of oppressive conditions experienced by Black people.

As the movement continues its trek to ZION, it is imperative we all take a critical look at the EVIDENCE encouraging to the (self-) destruction to our people. We must learn our History, travel to our homeland … and build a unified people!

Bantu-Kelani.
