"Again, the Moderators cannot expect people to leave just because they disagree with the Moderator(s). This board was meant for the people, Rastafari and African people in general. Now the people feel like is was meant only for the Moderator(s) and those who agree with them. "

Greetings
As we have stated before we don't expect everyone to agree with us, it is most natural for people of different experiences to have different views. In spite of these differences it is possible to reason in a respectful manner without being weighed down by emotion. The person who rejects everything blindly is just as foolish as the person that accepts everything blindly. A wide spectrum of views is beneficial to people evolving to a higher level of understanding. The point is that if some disagrree with certain things then they can voice constructive criticisms, if they have a serious problem with how things are run, they can set up their own board and lead by example.

Let the reasoning continue
