The problem is stating that someone who has light black flesh cant experience racism or discrimination.

Nor can they be leaders amongst their black peers.

I can generalize and say that Europeans are the devil even though I know that there are Europeans who dont act devilish at all.

Would I be correct in this generalization?

Would it be fair to ALL Europeans?

Black people are generalized as murderers and thieves.

I am a black man who is neither murderer or thief.

Is this generalization correct?

Is it fair to ALL Black people?

Stereotypes are shaped from such broad generalizations.

Though they are based off some truth, they cant label every person who may fit the bill by appearances only.

Things are not always as it seems.

I think some members are starting to realize that now.

The moderators should be more careful what they choose to type.

They do carry a responsibility to it's members to present sound reasonings.

Then people will have a right and true example to follow.
