I think a lot of whites in Rasta play poor for two reasons. One understandable, one unacceptable.

Understandable-They are disgusted by Babylon and truly suffer knowing that as white people they get all the goodies in an evil system.

Unacceptable-If they say 'hey look at me I am a sufferer too', they don't have to take hold of their lives and the resources they have to DO anything about this evil system, like taking the race issue to other whites,like making their voices heard on reparations,like lots of things. They are on top, dreads and ganja or not. Pretending poor and downpressed is not only illusion. It is wicked, whether they think so or not. White people don't need to play poor in Babylon to 'belong' in Rasta. That is living a lie. I know many of these are young ones, but they need to wake up.
