hip hop and dancehall.............................

Ones and ones will say that music shouldn't be such a issue when I and I should be reasoning on more iritical reasonings.

Well the fact is that I man is yet to meet a person, whatever gender or age who has not been motivated by or who hasn't listen to music. I and I can't hide the fact that music is important to the majority of people on the face of the earth.

So I man will bring it forward to reasoning:
Ones will say they don't listen to dancehall because its slackness, but truthfully how would they know that there is slackness then?

I don't know if the I's are seeing it but there is very few consciouness being played in the airwaves. So imagine the energies being transmitted through the air.
Another evil trend I'm seeing is the major influence of HIP HOP in the dancehall music. When I do a physical trod through the city, I hear it everywhere I go! It's hard to escape. And it's sad to know that the youth are being influenced by this and only ones can feel the direction they are headed.

It seems like the praises instead of to the Creator are being given to the women, I mean how do the women feel about this? These dancehall artist and hip hop artist focusing on girlie and sex tunes that are being directed to the women. What happened to giving praises to the MOST HIGH.

The hip hop scene from the early 90's has made a drastic change. It is glorifying pimping, and sex and just being straight up violent. Youth everywhere especially in the ghetto's and low income areas are heavily influenced by this type of music.

I personally grew in these areas and was fortunate to grow out of that new trend that was just begining in my area with such groups as 2 LIVE CREW. But it has grown to the point of no return, B.E.T the blackless enterslavement channel plays these strip clubs videos like if thats the only thing black women are capable of.

Many say "well you don't have to watch it, you can change the channel", well in my area where I rest this music is just unavoidable. I have run into rasta youth singing trick daddy songs and I'm wondering how such a young youth could know these songs??

I don't know what could be done to balance out the energies within the music scene, but what is for sure is that many black youth and latino youth are becoming more influenced by this music and turning to it as a means of making money and a escape out of the poverty of the ghettos.
Just for example sizzla and buju banton. They are very influencial within the whole Rastafari movement and ones cannot tell I DIFFERENT. Is it there fault that they have to do sex tunes to maintain alive and out of the ghetto? Jamaica right now plays more jay-z and 50 cent than any culture reggae artist out there.
Yes of course I and I have the NIYAHBINGHI Ises WHICH IS THE IFFICIAL WORD SOUND AND POWER OF RASTAFARI, but in many cases the ises are not allowed to be recorded at all, so many youth really don't have acces to the 1-2 order if within there city there are no tabernacles.
As a conscious people this has to be a major topic because it is influencing the majority of black youth everywhere!!
The other day I man heard a hip hop song saying " yo I dont wana hear that back to africa crap". IMAGINE THE BATTLE I AND I WILL HAVE TO FACE SOON WHEN OUR YOUTHS ARE BEING INFLUENCED BY THESE TYPE OF MUSIC !!
