what dont u understand about that post,for i PERSONALLY thought iveryting was stright farward,but i would HUMBLY like 2 know.as far as him being SIMON MAGUS,it matches up perfectly,for he was against the Essene livity and doctrine,and the GNOSTICS were MOSTLY composed of a "GENTILE" congregation,who paul was dealing with,and remember,he went to ARABIA to "retire" for a while,which at that time had a gnostic influence,or else,why else would he have been their?paul had his own gnostic sect,that was CORRUPTED like him,hat i guess,turned out to be the cat-lik church.
