Amina Lawal is a muslim woman in northern Nigeria who has been sentenced to death by stoning for the crime of adultery with a married man. As a point of fact, the male co-adulterer faces no such punishment. If there are ones who see fit to lift their voice on behalf of this sister and her youth, then here is a link to a petition to the Ambassaador, which will be sent by email to the Nigerian embassy in the US
