I honestly don't care about the views of the capuccino-sipping business owner interviewed in the first part of this article - you're not dead, you are insured, stop moaning. I *100%* agree with what the residents of Clarence Road, Hackney, London say in the second part of it though. I know that street very well as I used to live on it. They are totally correct.
