There are many out there willing to believe that the victim in the sexual encounter between the IMF Chief and the lowly Hotel Maid, is the IMF Chief, I beg to differ and as proof I offer these rules:

It might be a booty call if:

1. As its name clearly implies; a call was made by either party.
2. The encounter occured late at night or very early morning.
3. Both parties operated within the same social circle; or at least had access to each other’s social environs.
4. There was an understanding of reciprocity/trade
5. It was consensual

If your sexual encounter failed to follow any of these rules it might result in "mug shots" a "perp walk" and hefty amounts of settlement cash.

To those who would argue that it was a setup; I say, the "perp" always had the choice whether or not to proceed with the act; and further in what reality does a hotel maid offer sexual favors to an unknown, rich businessman or woman, gratis? If Strauss-Kahn is the victim, then he's not very smart and deserves to lose his job. Its the same argument I have with my friends who defend Kobe Bryant and Mike Tyson.

What is the hotel maid lying about, anyway? It's obvious that something happened, for why would defense counsel's first argument to the press be that it was consensual?
