Actually its the last 1 hour 21 minutes that are more interesting, especially that cartoon at the 1:20 mark, Lol. To me it's a graphic presentation of the works of Gerald H. Massey and the science of Seshat's (Neely Fuller) M.E.C.A. and no wonder its free. I love the representation of the ideal 'city' so Atlantean.

I have one question though; the presentation makes reccommendations for those 'Causal Mechanisms" implemented/instituted by Man, but says nothing about 'Primal/Natural Cause.' For instance the "Hongerwinter" though instigated by humans created as a consequence an unhealthy gene pool in the Netherlands: Cure, no more wars of occupation and some psyco-social reprogramming about food and nutrition.

On a much larger scale the earth's Last Glacial Maximum had a similar deleterious effect on early humans migrating into Europe, potentially producing a new species, the Neanderthal. Some scientists refer to this as Neoteny, a condition the scientists in this piece describe but do not name. The science of Neoteny claims that an organism under environmental stress will maintain it's juvenile characteristics into adulthood until such time as its environment finds an equilibrium or until through the course of evolution it adapts to its environment. Neoteny created Marine Mammals, whose ancestors were land dwellers; how do we deal with the consequences of Primal Cause?

If our cells/DNA is "rigidly programmed for environmental needs" how do we handle the 'Prodigal?' I love the quote "Nature is a Dictatorship." It leads me to this quote "Who God Bless/Curse no man shall Bless/Curse." Thus if your environment changes you either die or adapt. If you refuse to die or adapt; or some meddlesome human alters the course of nature what then is the choice for the rest of humanity? It is no longer in doubt that some modern humans are part Neanderthal; they possess some Neanderthal genes: it is also true that many of these genes, primarily affecting cognitive abilities, speech and respiratory functions, are actually harmful to modern human existence. Knowing this what action should the non-Neanderthal take? If as Fresco states, the "In Group" will not voluntarily give up the ghost.
