After the mating sessions, between our fathers and our mothers, and our mothers become pregnant, it is our mothers who are left with the pain and tribulations, to nourish the young ones internally for nine months or less, depending on whether there be complications, in the midst of the pregnancy, the mothers could be under nourished, as result of hard times and neglect of the fathers of the un born children.
When a woman suffers hardships during the conditions of pregnancy, she worries in her mind and pass on that worries unto her child inside which is yet unborn. Some times because of these worries and fretations, she has a very difficult break down in her mind and body, which can result in very bad result for the prenancy, of both the mother to be and the child yet unborn. Man and woman should always try to have a good blessed and loving relationship in life, as they live from day to day, but much more so, when the woman is pregnant, in order to preserve and protect, that young Prince or Princess who is on his or her way, to breath the fresh air on their own for the first time. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE.
