From the video you linked, the Master tells us how the "Seth" force is ALWAYS there. That is not what evil is. Seth does not equal evil. It is our human incomplete thinking and/or actions that manifest so-called evil. It is trying to grasp onto a particular notion or component and elevating it and emphasizing it OVER EVERTHING ELSE instead of sighting the ENTIRETY of which every single component is vital.
Hierarchy is perhaps the best example of what manifests evil. Again, hierarchy follows the same limited, incomplete fissured focus.
Basically, only human intelligence manifests evil. Evil is a CONSCIOUS act. There is a reason why many countries find criminal innocent by reason of insanity. It is human intent that defines something as evil. If I tear apart a human, I commit an evil act. If a lion does it, it was just being a lion. But because I am a reasoning intelligent creature, I have been consciously instilled to preserve life but not at the expense of others unless in direct self defense. (and often times this defense instinct is distorted, hijacked and utilized to forward a malicious agenda by those who tap into the psyche using various notions, namely religion, nationality and fear of genetic annihilation)
It is only through this higher intelligence that we become aware of our ego and subsequently serve that ego. Since the ego is not a tangible object, we serve it outside of direct causes and effects of nature. By worshiping the ego, we achieve a destructive state of denial.
Other creatures have no ego and commit no evil. Thus other creatures or those not so blinded and deafened by the ego have a more harmonious relationship with Nature/Ma'at. You are 100% right when you state that WE must control/subdue our own 'evil' because you cannot kill it.
Essentially, evil is clinging onto a particular component or notion without a balanced regard/respect/honor for everything else.
Evil = myopia = narcissism
