Of all these investment schemes, methods, etc. - none exist for a regular person with a 401K or pension to invest in a local fund which circulates money into investments into their local communities. All are centralized and effectively diverted to Wall Street. Local and state stock exchanges were gutted in 1933 via the Securities Act and in the decades since our 401k's and retirement savings have been invested in global corporations that increasingly are at odds with the health and well-being of the communities in which we all live, not to mention the health and well-being of the communities of others globally.
