If children are cared for and given true love as children, they will respect and obey their parents as well as their elders in their community. Generally speaking, children grow up and become a part or product of their envirnment, that is to say, they will learn from them who was before them and are around them. If some one assume that a child is a witch, then that is their assumption, but they have no right to kill that child, because he or she did not create that child, that child was created by the creator and no one knows what the great future will bring for that child. If some one is afraid of that child because he or she does not understand the behavior of that child, then leave the child alone and go about your own business, and let those who understand that child, care for that child until the child become an adult, but for some one to kill that child, it is nothing but wickedness, and who ever does this crime should be punished for it. How would these killers like it, if people accused them of being witches and kill them, we must do unto others as we would like to be done unto us. The journey of life continues. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
