What is it that is preventing African leaders and their Governments from granting Citizenship to African patriots and African people in general, who are now living in the African Diaspora, but have decided to return home to Mama Africa to stay.

African people who are living in the African Disapora are those Africans who were brutalised across the middle passage and taken to slave plantations of the western hemisphere, by criminal invaders of Mama Africa, so, why are we being treated as less than Africans when ever we return home to the land of our African mothers and fathers?

Does it have to do with how the Africans Governmental Constitutions were written? Were their nothing written in the Constitutions concerning granting Citizenship to Africans living in the Diaspora, as soon as it is realized that they have returned home to stay in Mama Africa the home land of their Ancestors?
If the above is true, then what is preventing African Governments and their leaders from amending the Constitution, and put in those needed clauses, which will grant Citizenship to their own Africa brothers and sisters, who were abadoned in these lands of captivity for the past more than five hundred years?

And now we come to the African Union, when are they going to file a case in the United Nations for Repatriation for their African brothers and sisters who have been abadoned in the African Diaspora. African patriots in these parts are anxcious to return to their beloved home of Mama Africa. What is the African Union doing about that?
