Jamaican and Canadian are 'nationalities', and donot denote the shade or race of a person.
Personally, i dont understand how the "white" an "black" thing balanced out ur post. It seeems that u were impying you were in a inter-racial relationship, and thats where ur husbands thoughts came in? If this is the case, please be advised, that there ones that think differenly about that in the Rastafarian lifestyle, and i guess this beautiful site here will show u various thoughts:) Peace & Love
