Although I havent read the whole article - it is an interesting analysis what Ive read thus far. After being on the Kenya Coast for a week, Ive noticed that much of the property, especially those agricultural and beachfront type properties are owned almost exclusively by Uropeans (especially Italians in Malindi, Kilifi, and Mombasa). Very nice plots in Kenya can be purchased for 500,000 Kenyan shillings (about $8000 USD). It would be really beneficial if Diasporans and Continentals worked together to develop some of this land before, it all gets grabbed/snatched by Uropeans, with little to no benefit to indegenous Africans.
