If 2,000 years from now someone reads something on Jesus and something on Haile Selassie and see the parallels but do not know anything about all the hype that surrounds black and white (in other words they were completely non-biased). What would any of you here tell them.
Do any of you think that Rasta and H.I.M. would also in the future become a topic like Jesus is now. In other words do you think that anything that he wrote or anyone that wrote about him would be discredited and he would become a target for people to talk trash and make movies that put blasphemy on him.
If you look at the early days of the followers of Christ and compare them to these last few decades they can be compared similar. So does anyone here think that in two thousand years all the hooplah that surrounds Christ will surround H.I.M.?
Can one also say that the HI.M.'s teachings will be perverted just as Christ's were?
These are all sincere questions.
