So Ras Tafari Makonnen gave this great speech in 1963, which I am calling UNTIL, and we are now living in the year 2005, and yet the Europeans continue to be in control of the entire world, and all the resources of the earth, and continue to make mischieve, against any person are people, who speak truth and stand up for rights and Justice. This speech was actually saying that things in this world will only get better, if those Nations who are in control of the resources of the world, which they stole, will change their ways, and make this world a better place for people everywhere. Yet to date this has not been done.

To those Europeans, who like to use Ras Tafari Makonnen speech as an excuse, to hang around in Rastafari villages, and to proclaim that they also have the right to go to Africa, and to live there as their home land, show some proof that there are some kind of improvement, in the living conditions among the poorer people of this world, especially African people at home and abroad, who have been robbed, and are still being robbed, of their natural and human resources, as we live from day to day. So they have not taken the warning which was given in the speech, so world condition are worst of instead of better. There is really no intention among humanity, to find ways and means to make peace, when the majority of the worlds resources, are being invested in the making of dangerous weapons and wars.

Think about the trouble spots in Mama Africa, like Rwanda, Serria Leonne, Congo, Uganda and other places, where Africans are killing Africans, as a result of the tactics of divide and rule, using all those dangerous weapons, which were not invented by African people. These weapons were deliberately given or sold, to the various factions of the people, and then decieved them to go to war against each other. If they had any regards for Ras Tafari Makonnen speech, they would be making peace among African people, instead of deliberately causing wars, which can only bring death and distructions to any people. Too much for the few who consider themselves to be royalty, and too little for the masses who are the true burden bearers in these societies. I am just praying from day to day, that instead of them spending all their time, energies and money, inventing weapons and making wars, they would just change their ways, and give peace a chance, it does cost less to invent peace, than it cost to invent wars. Less energies, less efforts and less money. I do hope that some sweet days, they will all wake up to this great reality. There is really no country upon the face of this earth, which do not spend most of their tax paying money on weapons, prisons, and preparing for war as they live from day to day, none which can be named. And while they spend most of their people's money on wars and weapons, they are not able to invent a needed good living condition for their people. There are continuous hunger, homelessness and poverty among the mosses ofv the peoplecin every single country in this world in which we are living.
