Re: House of Rostau(RASTA)
In Response To: Re: House of Rostau(RASTA) ()

where did the "Christos" scriptures come from? what about Jesus "rising from the dead"? Do you think he really did this? or is it an allegory??

i do not know everything about the Egytians - the point of my posts has been to show a root of the word Rastau(also spelled Rasta and Rostau) from the ancient Egyptian. the "house of Rasta" has been referred to in this thread - i have found out what this is referring to - it is an allegorical and physical place where one faces all the trials and tests of life and sheds all things which hinder ones development of I and I - the principle of the Most High within - shedding the old ways which lead to living death and into one where one is re-born into everlasting life - the same idea that the "Christos" scriptures allude to.

it is also interesting to note that the symbol that guards this entry way in the house of Rasta is the Aker lion - guarding the place where the sun sets and rises - if you want to deal with this allegorically - the place of the birth, death and rebirth of the sun. could it be that the passages in the "Christos" scriptures are referring to this same allegory?

Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Perhaps we should stop dealing with the propaganda they deal us about anything prior to the Judeo-Christian religion and overstand that these things do not exist in a vaccuum - that they had predecessors and these are the roots from which these religious traditions sprang from - and perhaps we can gain a deeper overstanding of the "Christos" scriptures by delving into these roots.

"If them a the branches
As always, Rasta a the root"
