If you believe that Ethiopia is the Origin of humanity. You would be repatriating if you returned there.
I said government led because that was what Garvey requested, that the Gov that stole them sends Afrikans home.
Do I realize that people repatriated on their own w/out Gov aid? yes i stayed in their homes.
