Re: Words of Truth
In Response To: Re: Words of Truth ()

This thread's trajectory took on the form of defending color-blindness by heat_air_water with the statement:

"cant wait to see what rationalizations they come up with to "DEFY" thier Fathers words."

i responsded to this promptly as it is the character of these types of reasonings to gain inertia in the direction of supporting a color-blind philosophy w/out dealing with white privelege in a white supremacist world order.

i am calling out white rastas to live up to their responsibilities.

as for the statement you made "if you are in fact white-i would suggest you look inward and analyze what 'privilege' you have. if you are not willing to give up these 'privileges' then your point is mute, as you are not correcting these 'wrongs,' you are just keystroking." thanks for the pointer . . . i have done work on myself, but as always in life, there is always more work to be done. give thanks.
