Rasta faith comes from the dignity, sence of revolt and beliefs of some of our ancestors who were forced into captivity in the western hemisphere during the sales periods. Their ability to not relinquish there sence of pride and culture. Their introduction to christianity and ability to read between the lines of quotes in the bible (to the astonishment of their so called deliverers). The abilty of our ancestors to read the bible as it should been read whch at the time promoted equally amoungst all races. When their captors says what was happening they tried so hard to pour water on the flames that had started to burn but--- them cant cool them cant quench... keep the fire blazing
