Therefore, it is highly needed, for these matters to be discussed very seriously across the Rastafari Movemant, in a very sober atmosphere, internationally speaking. It is not good that these matters be swept under the carpet of neglect, and when another elder pass on, any where upon this earth, no constructive policy is set in place to deal with that situation. Let the reasoning begin to take place now on this forum, and since these are community mistakes which are in need of corrections, let the reasoning be open and bold.
