intersting point about the first nations.do you say that the land belongs to them because they are the "first" nations?i agree.oromo are part of the first nations of what is called ethiopia.there are many similiarites between what was done to first nations in america and the oromo in ethiopia.both had their land stolen,culture and language oppressed,were victims of genocide,viewed as savages by the colonizers in need of the civilising influence of christianity,slaughtered with european weapons and still being oppressed to this day.
