Re: Ital skincare
In Response To: Re: Ital skincare ()

Greetings Chantdown,

For excema the I should make sure that you are not ingesting any dairy products and the white foods that the sister mentioned above. Also get yourself some 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil, it works perfectly topically, even for babies.

Try to eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables as this will sweep the digestive system and especially keep the colon clean. Stay away from citrus fruits, pineapples and if you are a fish eater, try not to eat any that tends to itch around the mouth(some seafood tend to trigger of really bad attacks of excema).

A good herbal tea for excema is: Take equal parts of burdock, yellow dock, yarrow and marshmallow and granulate. Add to a cup of boiling water and steep for about ten minutes. Strain and drink a half a cup at least four to five times a day. I would suggest for nine days at a time. You can also bathe the affected areas with this same tea and then apply the tea tree oil. Hope this helps sistren. Blessed Love
