what are the actions or duties of a leader, in leading movements to end racism, gender discrimination and white privilege...?

correct I if I'm wrong but ur answer to that is simply:

-articulate the problems
-root out the problems

now, the problem of racism, gender discrimination and white privilege, couldn't be acknowledged without the principles of equal rights/privilege and justice...agree or disagree?

with that given I ask u...can anyone who accepts and lives by these principles be able to articulate and root out the problems...?
