Greetings Sis Naphtali,

Give thanks for the post sistren. My question to you is regarding the pharmaceutical drugs that are often prescribed for mental illnesses. Does these drugs really work or do they further aggravate the existing conditions. I suffer from depression from time to time and anxiety attacks. Someone once suggested prozac. I refused and instead used deep breathing techniques. Now I study yoga and I find that it helps immensely especially when I am unable to sleep. Running is also a very effective therapy for depression. You see Sis Naphtali I will try any relaxing techniques rather than take any man-made drug.

I also used St. John's Wort and Kava Kava. Drinking marijuana tea was quite helpful too. Anyways I await your answer. Blessed Love
