Re: Eat of the vine
In Response To: Eat of the vine ()

Sellassie I,
In actuality all vine fruit and vegitable are forbidden and considered pioson. Some see this in different light. But there is an instance in the scripture when one youth a student in the teachings of the most high had put a vine vegitable in a stew and it made the stew pioson. But it was written they added flour to it and it was edible again. I N I work in healing natural medicine and it is a known fact pumpkin seeds are used for many different remedies. So as far as the pumpkin I don't believe it may be one of these so called vine troubles. But surely the berries such as grape, raspberry, and possible tomato. It is indeed a fact most are alergic to tomato and don't know it. Watermelon is a much better source of the healer known as lycopene and should be used rather then tomato. But suredly strong drink was made from grape. And it is known alcohol will weaken the discipline of a man. Although I know many dreadlocks including JA that make so called roots drinks and they are surely alcohol based. So it depends on the individual and how that individual lives life. I N I am nazerite and eat none of the vine including pumpkin nor tomato that is the chioce decided. But it is not condemned or looked down upon those who do indulge in such things.
