Re: 'Rasta Movement'
In Response To: Re: 'Rasta Movement' ()

Greetings again Sellassie I lives, it is with great humleness that I am responding to this post, there is so much work which we have to do as the African race of people, in order to arrive at true liberation for our people at home and abroad, therefore, it is indeed a waste of time and energy, to find people on this post, who are trying to play around with words, instead of looking at the true realities of the Rastafari movemant, which have been moving from that time until this time, so that so many were able to jump on this great liberation train, and are now trying to change the true realities. The RASTAFARI MOVEMANT IS JUST A SMALL PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL Iyabinghi order or movemant, which has been moving and spreading across this universe for more than five hundred years.
All African liberation organizations, at home in Mama Africa, and everywhere upon the face of this universe, are units of the Iyabinghi MOVEMANT, and will never stop moving actively, until liberation is achieved, for African people everywhere, that is the first order of our activities, and the highest priority of the movemant universally speaking. It really does not matter who do not like to hear this, for this has been the true cause of the Rastafari movemant in the early days, and will remain so until the total liberation of Mama Africa and her people is achieved. Movemant means that there is no stagnancies, movemant means that there is actions or activities in progress, as we live from day to day. When Iverstanding was revealed to I an I as Iyontist, in the great Mountain of Warieka Hills, it was not revealed to us to create unnecessary contradictions, and verbal contentions among our own people, it was revealed to I an I to be used as a higher level of spiritual and cultural communications, and it was resisted, by our own people, even many Rastafari people, was afraid to use words like Iyasies, or Iyanks or Iyivity, but those few to whom it was revealed, glorified in this great Iyasities, and as time goes by, it continued to grow, because we were determined to cultivate it, and so we watered it so that it prospered from stage to stage most glorious. This was the great movemant of Iverstanding within the Rastafari movemant, which continued to move and flow like many rivers of waters, like raindrops moving from above, like the movemant of clowds, and stars, like the movemants of a growing tree, like the movemant of a tornado, like the movemant of a vulcano, like the movemant of a child moving out of his or her mothers womb, and many more references, too many to be posted here, just prove the movemant is the same as livity, or Iyivity in higher hieghts. Now my post is not to cause any contention or any back and fort on this post, but since I was there when these revelations took place, and since there are only a few Igels who were there, who may be still around, I will just call a few names
of these who can speak on this matter. Ras Iris Iyon, Bongo Tawny, Ras Itanya, Iyizzy Iyony, Iyauta Iyuby, Iyaugta Iyerry, Ras Iyoodi, Ras Iyudi, Ras Irussi, Icle Iyon, and some others, Then there were those who strenghtened us when when decended from the Mountain, Bongo Rocky, Bongo Eric the great Iyabinghi drum maker, Iyaughter Iyabyi, Ras Titus, Bongo Time, and mani other Igels, who travelled with us into the market places, and while we utter to each other in Iver, one of us would translate to the vendor, how many oranges or bananas, or coconuts or what ever we need to buy, some people in the market place had a good laugh at us, others were very curious, while others would mock and jeer. Those were great days of Iyasities glory, and we enjoyed them because we Iverstood what we were doing even when others were mocking and jeering us.
The Iverstanding movemant, was more accepted, by the masses of our people in Jamaica, when some main MCs on the popular Radio Stations, started to use the word Irie, before and after playing there recordings, then the Tourist industry take it up later and there was always these T shirts, which would say Irie Jamaica, and then the vendors would also great the Tourist with the words Irie Jamaica, in order to do good business, although they really had no real interest in the word Irie. To tell you the truth, the original word was really Iree, which was cultivated from the word free, free becomes Iree, but since our people were not there at the creation of the word, another creation was created in the house, so they say Irie, and today I do smile when I read these post, and see Iver is being used and circulated so widely. In conclusion, The Rastafari Movemant has been moving like the great rivers of this universe, and will continue to move until the total liberation of African people is achieved, and even then our movemant will continue to flow like the great rivers.
Again I send many rivers of Iverstanding to our collective African Families everywhere.
ONE BLACK LOVE ONE BLACK HEART.
