You started out your post questioning how Rasta could legitimately question the motives of "white" Rasta.
I don't think Chuck is racist, mattafact I don't think the word "racist" should ever be used when referring to black people talking about white people, prejudiced perhaps, but what people see as black "racism" is nothing but a defensive reaction to centuries of white racism. Blacks can think whatever about whites but they can't (in general) deny whites access to jobs, housing, education, lock up 60% of the white population, etc. So I don't think you should call two very different phenomena by the same name, that's why I put 'racist' in quotes.
As far as Chuck D, you must not have been a P.E. fan for very long because although they've kinda changed their tune a bit nowadays they've said many things about 'whites' in the past (especially 'jews') that could definitely be interpreted as so-called 'racist'. Chuck's a Farrakhan supporter (one of the few disagreements I have with him, though I overstand why, Farrakhan does speak SOME truth along with his lies).

By the way I saw P.E. last summer in England (Chuck, Flav, Griff, the whole crew) and lemme tell ya they ain't lost nothing over the years, they most definitely still "Bringin Tha Noize." One of the best concerts I've ever seen.
