This is Alafia87, I had to change my name because I lost my password and couldn't get an email to the rastafari speaks forum.
“There is absolutely no proof of gods or goddesses handing anything "down" to humans.”
--That’s your opinion. There are papyri from over 140,000 years ago documenting that history. There are Gods & Goddesses that manifest themselves all the time in certain parts of the world. Enlarge your paradigm. If you have trouble with the thought that Neteru or other holy beings could manifest themselves then try reading the book Of Water and the Spirit (it’s also a true story); he deals with a lot of “magical” things in that book. I know people at the Earth Center who have witnessed things that are said to exist only in legend. Again, it’s out of most people’s day-to-day paradigm, but these things are technical (“scientific”) and doable by anyone with the requisite knowledge.
I am not relying on faith or belief here, but I do trust my sources of information; something that they've shown me time and again that my trust is well-placed.
“Also, with this "philanthropic" form of colonization you talk about, how exactly did being saved, I mean colonized by the Kemetians help those who were so honored?”
--I already answered this question. Try reading and thinking about what you’ve read.
