Assuming the accusations are true, that he did indeed force himself on this woman, then I would have to agree with you. But who says they aren't having her lie?

He is obviously being moved out of the way by some powerful forces. He must have been doing something *potentially* right to have the heavy hand come down on him like this. Am I sympathetic to him because he, or someone like him in his privileged position may - under normal circumstances - get away with something like this? No.
